Take your new puppy or dog to the vet for the first time is often stressful for both your dog and yourself. In many cases, can be downright horrible. Liken your dog to the vet visit with your dental visit. Are you the feeling that the construction of anxiety? Churning is your stomach? Imagine yourself in the skin of your dog. Crate training is designed to help your dog feel at home in an enclosed space for sleeping, relaxing and safe transport. It also helps create a safe, stress free, for him or her, providing a calming influence if and when necessary. Exactly the kind of effect you want your dog to go see the vet!
If your dog has ever remain under observation or an operation to Vets they will be kept in a box, so it's another reason why crate training is extremely important. When dogs are comfortable in crates, they are easier to handle and much more ready to cope with the visit to the vet. A little effort to get your dog accustomed to be placed in boxes saves a lot of concern for you as well as stress for your dog over the years.
