What Actvities my dogs can do to liven up abit?

We have four Chiuauas in our house. We feed them regularly as should be and sometimes we leave some of them to play with them abit, but mostly, they really can not do anything but sleep in their cage. They are not really trained properly shit we keep them in cages. I feel bad sometimes when I'm like a good time playing video games or having a pleasant conversation with friends online and then turn around and see the monotonous life of my dog to sit in their cages waiting for hours for the next dinner or lunch. I feel bad when I see this and end up comforting them ABIT rubbing his head and stuff like that. I wonder now what I can do for them. I really can not stay happy when I see others who are feeling depressed, I assure you that if happiness is given to us all, even animals. Do not get me wrong, I'm not sure the nature of the type of love Guy, I just want to make my dog feel more a part family.

Dogs are not caged! If you can not let them live within the family then gave up for adoption. They may be small but they are not hamsters! How would you live in a cage, not even interact with other "prisoners"? Teach them how to pee and poop out.
