How can you train a dog badly educated?

My friend had a silky terrier for 3 years and was never disciplined. The dog jumps on the table and takes the food and bite if you try to take something from him. We recently purchased a yorkshire. The Silky will violently attack the yorkie if you show any attention at all. Please, if anyone has a solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated!

Silky Terrier! I am a proud owner of a 9 year old Silky Terrier. When he was a puppy, he jumped on the table and take food out of him. It does not get angry if you try to remove him. However, to make it stop, here are some steps 1. Show him you are boss 2. When you give him some thing to know it was yours, but it is now his for example, a bone or dog chew treat, act like you are eating or chewing, and he / she is sitting near you who look at you begging for it. Turn his back on him. when you're ready and pretends, you give him the bone or treat. keep that person off the table, the block. he / she will soon learn that this will not be worth the hard work to get on the table. Always with the silky Yorkie to attack if the attack roll with silky water. he / she will soon realize that the attack not worth it. obedience training may help, but make sure you're there in class with her two dogs. do not only silky. when attention to show the Yorkie and the silkiness comes anger, turning his back on him / her and continue to pay attention to the Yorkie, where the silky has subsided, you can demonstrate attention to silky.
