Where can I find information on tips and advanced training for my dog?

My dog is 7 years old, bastard, neutered, male and knows about 50 individual commands and command combinations endless. He is aggressive with strangers (it's very controllable, but nobody outside the family and our vet can not touch). He is very competent in everything he already knows, we communicate very well and we have already controlled everything, including coming Down Under distraction but it has reached the point that no matter how I change the order, he warned all and just seems bored. I am too. Do you know of any progress / mentally challenging things that we can work on that do not go to classes or events? Most dog books I have read repeat the same old things. Agility is out and it got a little arthritis in the hips and the vet recommends against it. My dog is very good food / praise motivated, but also go for toys. It is a Collie / Chow mix.

Wow this is a difficult question. What about hide and seek? Or teach him to bring you the remote control or phone, you can Tye a rope to it and it can bring when it rings. You could teach him to hit the bell on the door. like putting a bell hanging on the doorknob when he wants to go out there knocking at the door. I'm all out of stuff!
