Dear Online Community, I recently delpoed medical conditions serious, I black out, I'm in a wheelchair ect hopper. I live in British Columbia Canada I have a dog for two years, she is a stubborn gold she is my dog behavide extreamly good, intelligent and loyal. I want her to be my dog. I am only 15. How do I do that? Someone the other train it because I can not? There anacademy why? What should I do?
