Need tips for dog training for boxers?

How to hire a coach? I'm looking to get my dog trained (two boxers in German) but there are so many I do not know what to choose. Right now I'm especially looking around online, but I'll start calling, then meet in person, I want to ask the right questions. I think I would definitely go to the second, the dogs dynamics. For me, I just got a strange environment poor posture of the first Web site, and I enjoy the calm and confident approach to second. It could also be that I am a big fan of Cesar Milan and his methods Working as they really are, and the second is more like his.
